Do you deliver in time for events or funerals before/after your listed business hours?
YES! We know that some of life's milestones occur during "non-standard working hours". We will work with you and your event times; either give us a call or leave us a note when placing your order.
Do you offer same day delivery service?
Orders placed by 10:00 AM are typically eligible for same-day delivery, though ordering 24 to 48 hours in advance guarantees the best selection of seasonal blooms. If you want to verify, just give us a call, we are happy to help.
How far in advance should I book my wedding/event?
We recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance to allow ample time for consultations, custom sourcing, and floral design planning.
How long will my Flowers last?
Most fresh floral arrangements last 5 to 7 days, depending on the variety and care. To maximize their lifespan:
Water: Change the water every 2 days and top it up daily.
Trimming: Trim 1/2 inch off the stems at a 45-degree angle every few days using clean, sharp scissors.
Placement: Keep flowers in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, heating vents, and ripening fruit (which releases ethylene gas that causes wilting).
