1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan (weekly). Weekly deliveries on the day of the week you subscribe (not on Saturday or Sunday)
2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed regularly, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery; you will be billed 2-3 days before delivery. You can opt to keep a card on file in the system to streamline this process and keep your flowers flowing.
3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly.
4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Additionally, deliveries that fall on holidays will be delivered on the next business day.
6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If you are unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
